Good job with those cheeses! I am thinking very very seriously about starting to make cheese. It's so disheartening for me though, as I don't have access to raw milk. So, unless my dh surprises me with a goat or a cow, I don't think I'll be doing it!

They all look beautiful! I like to use chevre in a creamy salad dressing - add ACV, raw milk, salt, pepper, herbs (parsley, chives, dill), garlic... It is yummy!
