I just found your blog through GNOWFGLINS. I was wondering why you put whey in your eggs for omelets and scrambled eggs. Is it for better digestion? I love the pictures you take. Your meals say "presentation is important" because they look so good. Thank you.

Hi Karen - I honestly do not have a great reason for putting the whey in my eggs, other than just having it. I would normally put a tiny bit of water in the eggs while mixing them because it makes them fluffier. So I figured I would replace it with whey since it's supposed to be really good for you and I have it on hand. Cooking it may change the structure a bit (not sure?) but I figure it can't hurt! Sometimes I even add milk kefir to my eggs.
