That's so funny! My daughter calls it "granilla" too!

I appreciate the recipe and the pictures. Looks very yummy. I wanted to mention that I do a lot of draining and squeezing of things in my kitchen, too, and I have taken to using unbleached, flat, birdseye diapers. They are wonderful and very durable, and last better than the fine cheesecloth. I had a couple leftover from my long ago diapering days, and one day it occurred to me that if I wanted to, I could order more! I got a dozen and have found SO many uses for them in the kitchen!
