Sounds great! Also sounds like a high energy food from all the cream/fat.

Looks good! I tried a variation using honey, avocado, and cocoa powder which went over really well with the kids. Though I did end up reducing the honey and using some sugar when I made it the next time. My picky eater wasn't keen on the honey taste, but no one noticed the avocado. I'm curious to see what my kids will think of this version.

It is so nice to see chocolate pudding made healthy. I'm intrigued by how you used avocado in it as well! It looks really delicious.

I really love the different ways you can make healthy chocolate pudding. I have a recipe on my blog for one, but its made with banana and avocado. I really like that yours has the addition of kefir, raw egg yolks, and raw cream. Very nourishing dessert! I have all the ingredients to make this =) I think my one year old's gonna love it!

Thanks for the recipe!

Thanks all! Remember - it does have a sour quality to it from the kefir. Kind of like a 'chocolate yogurt'. My husband and I enjoyed it, but my kids thought it wasn't sweet enough. So adjust the sweetener to your liking.

I found this post really interesting as I was thinking about trying them at home. Thanks for sharing the link and your own experience trying them at home!

Thank you! I modified just a bit and blogged about it! http://aspiringearthmama.blogspot.com/2010/11/probiotic-pudding-popsicles.html
